Redraw select layers in a public ArcGIS Online web map, with a new map projection. To learn more about projection basics or projection distortion, visit those apps.
Paste a link to a web map that's shared with everyone. Map Viewer links, item page links and 32-character item IDs all work.
Not sure where to start?
Data layers can be redrawn in any projection. Tiled layers can't, because their pictures were made ahead of time in one projection.

Sign in to ArcGIS Online to save what you see as a brand-new web map in your account.
Use this if you sign in to ArcGIS with Google, Microsoft or your school's own login.
In ArcGIS Online, go to Content, choose New item, then Developer credentials and OAuth credentials. Add this page's address as a redirect URL:
Copy the client ID it gives you into the box above. Whoever hosts this page can also put it in the page's CLIENT_ID setting so nobody has to enter it.
Always a new map. Saving creates a new item every time. It never changes the original web map or any map you already have. New maps are private until you share them.
